How Order Tracking Works
When you placed your order with us, you should have received an email order confirmation. If you enter this number along with your email address in the form above you will be able to see the current status of your order.
Alternatively you can call our customer service helpdesk at 1890 209 309 between 9.00 am and 9.00 pm Monday to Friday or 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Saturday.
You can of course also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org - we will be glad to advise you of your order status.
What does each Status mean?
Order Being Picked: This means that your order has been received by Sam McCauley and is being processed.
Order Dispatched: This means that your order has been processed and dispatched to the address you provided.
Order Cancelled: This means that you order has been cancelled with no charges made to your card.
